Geeezzzz. Oh Geeez. I am sore. I am still getting a hold of this blogging thing. So bare with me Jenn! :) So! Anyhoo! I just got my butt handed to me on a silver platter by my yoga instructor. We flowed for 40 minutes today!!! I was sweating bullets the whole time. After a crazy hour of hard yoga, I thought it would be fun to do the Body works class for an hour afterwards... oh man. That was hard.

I ran on the treadmill twice last week in addition to my leg, arm, back & chest days of lifting weights. Got up to 5.2 (speed level) I think it's like a 11 minute mile... only for half of it... then I slowed down to a 4.3 - 4.5 speed level (it's about a 12 to 13 minute mile). I did that for about 40 minutes. So I think I ran about 3 miles on both Monday and Wednesday.

Blog away the pounds, one blog at a time.

Oh goodness, I've officially joined the blogging community. Well, it's about time I guess. Better to write down what I've accomplished for the day - work out wise that is. So today, we stayed home sick from the gym. Don't want to pass along my germs to other fellow gym-goers. Ellie was a bit cranky this morning. I think she misses her daycare. We'll be taking a fast paced walk after we pick up Jade today. I think it's 4 miles round trip. Now that's sorta fun!
